Lets see how to judgment the good or bad quality. At first press *#06# and it'll show your mobile's IME(International Mobile Equipment) number which contains 15 digits.
Among these 15 digits serial 7th and 8th no digits indicates the quality of your handset.

@If 7th and 8th digits are 02 or 20 then you should understand that its assembled from Emirates(which is mostly known as Dubai) and it's quality is very bad. Most pirated handset are assembled from Emirates but we know that its from China.

@ If the 7th and 8th digits are 08 or 80 then it means this handset is manufactured from Germany and its quality is good.

@ If the 7th and 8th digits are 01 or 10 then it means this handset is manufactured from Finceland and its quality is very good.

@ If the 7th and 8th digits are 00 then it means this handset is from original factory and its quality is reliable and high quality.

@ If the 7th and 8th digits are 13 then it means this handset from unknown manufacturer and its quality is very bad which is harmful for your health.
