ReSiZe more than 1000+ pictures at a time!

Sometimes it happens like that we want to re size our photos for many purposes. And sometimes its needed to re size more pics at a time. right? Well, lets go to know how to do it.

For this task you'll need to have Photoshop 7 or CS.

Step-1# Create a folder named "Resize" with the original pics containing folder.

Step-2# start Photoshop and click at option Action or press ALT+F9 from View.(Only if there Pallete action is disabled)


Step-3# Now click at create new action button from pallete and type resizepic in name text box and click at Record button.

Step-4# Now open (File>Open) your desired picture from the original folder.

Step-5# Now select Image>Image size and type width 800 and height 600 and perss OK.


Step-6# Now click at File>Save as then click at drop down button of Format and select JPEG(*.jpg,*.ipeg,*.jpe)and keep the file;s name unchanged. Define the Resize folder and click at save button. Type the values 4 or 5 in Quality box from JPEG OPTIONS and press OK.

Step-7# Close the file. Click at Stop from action pallete.

step-8# File>Automate>Batch- click this.



Step-9# Now select resizepic from action dropdown, folder from source and select your original folder by clicking choose. Likewise, Folder>choose as your resize folder from Destination and press OK

Step-10# Now you'll see all(may be thousands of pics are there!) pics from original folder will de resized automatically and will be saved in RResize folder! Hurray!!!!
When it shows the JPEG OPTIONS box while processing just click at OK button.
